| SPICY PRAWN PASTA INGREDIENTS - 1 pkt spaghetti (or any pasta of your choice)
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2tbs oil
- ½ cup white wine
- 700g raw prawns, shelled and deveined (can substitute for cooked prawns)
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 2-3 lemons, juiced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2-3tsp Mama Melisse Hot Sauce
METHOD - Bring a pot of water to boil for the pasta
- Mix lemon juice, zest, chopped parsley and Mama Melisse Hot Sauce and keep aside
- Add pasta to boiling water and cook until al dente, then drain
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil and fry onion for 2-3 mins until soft. Then add garlic and cook for 1-2mins.
- Add wine to pan and cook for 2mins
- Add prawns and cook until pink
- Add in the pasta and the lemon juice mix and stir to combine.
- Enjoy with green salad and garlic bread!
